Livelihood & Skill Development Programme

Through the Livelihood & Skill Development initiative, Jan Sahas Social Development Society has been working to create dignified and sustainable livelihood opportunities for the youth and women from the communities.

Jan Sahas Social Development Society focuses on vocational skill development and community-based interventions, aiming to develop soft skills and computer literacy, English and communication skills, entrepreneurial capacities, strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs), improve financial inclusion, access social security schemes, and skill building amongst the youth and women from communities. Jan Sahas Social Development Society also recognises the importance of mental well-being as an essential part of sustainable empowerment.
